Location: 8. The Ruins are located exactly on the main road that runs East to West across Zangarmarsh, directly wow gold between a major Horde quest hub and a major Alliance one, and immediately south of one of the major dungeons in Outland. Though a real assault might not be so spontaneous, they're very easy to get to in order to defend. There are no monsters around the two spires, so you'll never have to deal with any NPC intrusions in your combat.
Reward: 4. The only difference between this and the Hellfire PvP reward is the addition of a graveyard in the center of the zone. Granted, more graveyards for your faction is never a bad thing while questing, but this seems to be much more valuable for players that plan on running one of the Coilfang dungeons than others.
I'm assuming this just applies to RMT (Real Money Transfer) but... what about potentiality? I haven't sold my WoW character, nor do I intend to--but I very well could, and I'd make money off it too. If I were, say, the aforementioned Master Jewelcrafter, couldn't I sell my services for in-game cash which I would then sell? (Maybe not the most efficient way of getting money, but still...)
There's a second Horde cheap wow gold post in Zangarmarsh all the way on the Southwest side of the map (whereas Swamprat is near the very Northeast). I'm admiring the admittedly-beautiful scenery and don't really notice that I'm about to ride into an Alliance town until the level 65 elite Draenei guards have dismounted me and are beating me with sticks that are very sharp and made of metal.
Total Potential for Mayhem: 6. Players are more likely to assault Twin Spire Ruins in a group to make a slightly long process quicker. Since the Ruins are very easy to get to from anywhere else in the zone, it will be easier to get a larger defense force together. Unlike the three Hellfire PvP locations, the two towers are relatively close together, so PvP will be concentrated in a fairly small area.
Awesomeness:: 6. Probably the weakest of the four PvP objectives, due to the fact that it can be a long process even if you go uncontested, and standing around waiting for a bar to fill up isn't really that much fun. Still, the potential is there for some carnage.
Interesting. If I'm a Master Jewelcrafter, I certainly hope I don't get taxed on every ring or jewel I sell. That would suck.
One corpse run later, I find myself at the Troll station of Zabra'Jin. The quests here are the same, though there are three things worth note. First: there's a very amusing quest in which a Troll with two baby Murlocs (so cute!) says that the one thing he misses most about Azeroth is Murlocs. Yes, you read that right. So, he tells us to take this cage full of baby Murlocs and release them up in one of the Broken villages so they can enjoy the presence of the little fishmen too!
